Amino will be available in Spanish to make it easy for an even larger population to easily find and book high-quality, cost-effective, in-network care.
Starting January 19th, Amino will be available in Spanish to make it easy for an even larger population to easily find and book high-quality, cost-effective, in-network care.
Making care easily accessible is critical to boosting health outcomes. And with over 41 million native Spanish speakers in the US, it’s imperative that our healthcare systems evolve to support non-English speakers. This release is a step in that direction.
When a member lands on the login or account creation page, they will see a Spanish <> English toggle. The rest of the product experience will be in the language they prefer, and this toggle will persist on most pages in the product. All transactional emails will be in Spanish. Should a user want to revert the language to English once they're in the app, they can do so from the footer menu.
Additionally, when members use Amino to request appointments, they will be partnered with Spanish-speaking booking agents to ensure they successfully book appointments with verified in-network providers.
