Starting March 31st, a redesigned dashboard will make it easy for members to access their favorite provider profiles, book new appointments, and view upcoming appointments, all from one place.
What’s new?
Amino’s upcoming release makes it easy for members to manage ongoing care.
This release prompts members to search, select, and save their favorite providers to their provider team on the dashboard upon account creation. Members will also be able to save or edit their saved providers at any point after account creation.
To encourage ongoing relationships with high-quality, cost-efficient providers, any time a member attempts to add a non-Smart Match provider to their provider team, Amino will prompt them to select a Smart Match provider instead.
Additionally, members will be able to book appointments with their saved providers and view any upcoming appointments directly from the dashboard.
Why did we make these updates?
Prompting the member to start saving providers to their dashboard upon account creation serves as an introduction to Amino’s search tool and the value it can provide. Together these new features work towards our goal of increasing member engagement and providing an unparalleled user experience.
