Booking flow updates for dependents and orthopedic appointments

These updates increase the rate of booking success on the first try.

What’s new?

New updates allow plan members to share more information with Amino booking agents when requesting an appointment, either for themselves or for their dependents.


Additionally, when booking with an orthopedic provider, members can now include additional details in their request, such as the availability of imaging results, whether this was a vehicular/workplace injury, and more.

Why?

When provided with more detailed information in the initial booking request, Amino booking agents can book appointments more successfully in their first try. Plan members will spend less time in back-and-forth communication with booking agents, reducing their risk of drop-off and increasing the rate of booking success.
