Plan members can now see inpatient cost estimates during their search to provide them with improved visibility into the cost of their care.

What’s new?

When plan members search for care, Amino will provide them with cost estimates for certain procedures. These estimates are derived from claims data based on their specific health plan and the different reimbursement structures established between their provider and insurance network.

What does the user need to do?

Nothing! These estimates will automatically show up under a hospital’s composite cost rating during a search for care. Please note that the cost range does not represent a plan member’s out-of-pocket cost.
