What’s new?
Partners and clients can now configure the provider results card and information on the provider profile within Amino’s platform experience to support complex plan designs. Configurations include customer-specific icons, text, and badges to intuitively guide members to preferred care options and specific benefits based on their plan design.
Why did we make these updates?
This feature extends Amino’s ability to influence member decisions and drive engagement with the best care, no matter the plan design. Partners and clients can now create a seamless member experience by using familiar language and icons to highlight preferred care options within Amino’s results interface - ultimately leading members to better care at affordable prices.
